1. Appointments and Services
Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your appointment through the App more than [Number] hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund of any pre-payment made. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund provided.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, please notify the service professional on duty or contact 7autospa Malaysia customer service immediately. 7autospa Malaysia will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction. This may include one of the following:
- Re-service of the affected area:
We will re-do the service to meet your expectations at no additional cost.
- Complimentary additional service of comparable value:
We may offer you a complimentary service of similar value to compensate for the inconvenience.
- Partial Refund:
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the severity of the issue.
- Full Refund:
If a mutually agreeable resolution cannot be reached after attempting the options above, we will
determine if a full refund is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

- To be eligible for a service refund, you must bring your vehicle back to the same 7autospa Malaysia locations where the original service was performed within [Number] days of the service date.
